What will be my roles and responsibilities as a Robotics Engineer?

Is participation in a Robotics event a prerequisite to getting selected as a Robotics Engineer at FlytBase?

Not necessarily, events like ROBOCON, E-yantra etc do give a competitive edge to candidates however, it is not a prerequisite. Your passion for robotics and aerial robotics is all we want!

What is the application process?

For most roles, the hiring process at FlytBase comprises 4 evaluation rounds. The HR team conducts the first round - the screening round, once we receive an application. The second round - the Technical Interview round is taken up by Hiring Managers of respective teams at FlytBase. Post the technical interview, the candidate is usually expected to work on an assignment. After receiving the submission, the final round- the Culture Fit round is conducted by our CEO/Directors.

How long will I get to complete the assignment?

The time to complete the assignment is 48 hours. If in case you need an extension you can contact the HR team.

I have not graduated with a robotics degree but I am interested in robotics and drones, can I still apply?

Yes! Your course or your degree does not hold more weightage than your passion for robotics and drones.
