We have often witnessed how fresh graduates feel burdened and pressured into accepting a basic, 9-5 job just because they are graduating. Passions, interests and the drive to do amazing work are lost in this process. To combat this thought process, FlytBase hosted an open career day for all recent graduates (4th year Btech) and invited them over for a session by the FlytBase team. What started as a session about how drones powered by FlytBase are autonomously used across business applications, swiftly turned into discussions about topics like masters or work experience. Our engineers at FlytBase took such questions, explaining with examples of their own careers and how they traversed from the choice between choosing a master's and getting valuable experience.
